As you probably know, the Coronavirus pandemic has meant several changes in daily life, creating unique challenges for the ones that struggle with anxiety disorder or depression. If your nervousness, anxiety, and nervousness have become overwhelming, put these approaches into practice. 1. You cannot stop thoughts from entering your mind, but you can choose to stop dwelling, and you can choose to take action to solve problems. 3. Focus on Present Odds All deaths are tragic, but we need to maintain a proper perspective. The vast majority of individuals infected with COVID-19 have mild to mild symptoms or no symptoms in any way.
